Our one off Spring Cleaning Service includes everything that the regular domestic cleaning includes, but is designed for those who do not need a regular cleaning service, however need the peace of mind that the home is deep cleaned once at least a year.
Our staff can clean anything that you would like as part of your Spring Cleaning. When it is time for spring cleaning or one off cleaning and you find yourself pressed for time, Moni-clean makes spring cleaning quick and easy.
You may also include carpet cleaning or upholstery cleaning with your spring clean and we are happy to offer a discount for combined services.
Our Spring Cleaning Service includes the following:
All Rooms - Clean, dust and vacuum. Dust window sills, doors, blinds, picture frames, lamps, furniture, woodwork, shelves, and baseboards. Vacuum carpets and wash floors throughout. Empty and clean any wastebins. Plus the following:
Kitchen - Clean appliances, cabinets, table and chairs. Sanitize and scrub counter, sinks and back splashes. Clean exterior and interior of oven. Clean exterior of refrigerator, microwave and toaster and other kitchen appliances. Wash, dry and store dishes and glasses.
Living Room - All furniture will be dusted and wiped. Carpet or area rugs will be vacuumed and wood floors will be washed. All electronic equipment will be dusted and cleaned. Fireplaces and tools cleaned.
Dining Room - Carpet or area rugs will be vacuumed throughout. All furniture including glass and wood tables will be dusted and polished.
Bedrooms - All bed linen will be laundered and changed. Complete dusting including mirrors, night tables, dressers, lamps and under beds.
Bathrooms / Toilets - Clean, disinfect and deodorize showers, bathtubs, interior of cabinets, mirrors, sinks and toilets. Wash and scrub floors, tile walls and polish chrome.
We can also arrange Exterior Cleaning, Maintenance and Gardening.
Price charged £15.00 per hour - Minimuim charge £45.00
